2. Educational purpose

Materials are provided for educational and informational purposes related to recovery drill tracking for cold wallets. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice page.

3. Accounts and communications

When you contact us or join a cohort, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep credentials for any learning portals confidential.

4. Intellectual property

Course texts, templates, logos, and site design are owned by CloudEndpoint Flow or its licensors. You may use templates for internal educational drills. You may not resell, publicly republish, or present our materials as your own product without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to distribute malware, scrape content at abusive volumes, harass staff or learners, or attempt to collect recovery secrets from others under the guise of a drill.

6. No payments on this website

Pricing pages are informational. Checkout is not offered on this site. Separate invoices or enrollment agreements may apply when you purchase through approved channels.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and educational materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that drills will uncover every operational gap or that any device recovery will succeed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudEndpoint Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on educational content, including losses related to digital assets or operational decisions.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CloudEndpoint Flow against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location.
